Hi everyone,

We are excited to celebrate with you next weekend! As we approach the date, we wanted to send out some details on the shuttle system, so you can best plan your travels. 

As you know, there’s no parking at the venue as we are on a private estate. However, the shuttle system is simple and quick! 

Shuttles will be running from the hotels to Windrift Hall before the ceremony. The first shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Coxsackie at 3:10 PM, with a stop at Spark by Hilton before continuing to the venue. The two shuttles will run continuously approximately every ~7 minutes.

The drive to the venue is less than 10 minutes in total, and the final shuttle will depart at 3:45 PM. Since our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, we recommend allowing a little extra time and catching an earlier shuttle if possible.

If you are not staying at either hotel, feel free to use the parking lot at either to catch the shuttle. We recommend parking at Spark by Hilton since the drive is less than 5 min to the venue from there.
